We can help you with projects or assignments at any stage.
The History Lab for Student Success offers undergraduate students targeted, discipline-specific support with written assignments, research projects and working with sources.
This includes:
- Guidance with important historical skills, including mastery of historical evidence.
- Argumentation and thesis statements.
- Development of critical analysis.
- Proper examination of primary and secondary sources.
- Adherence to citation conventions such as the Chicago Manual of Style.
The History Lab for Student Success can help students with projects or assignments at any stage, including how to find sources, how to create proposals or outlines, or how to build a citation.

Undergraduates can request half-hour appointments with our highly-trained Graduate Assistants in person or virtually via Zoom by emailing HistoryLab@MissouriState.edu.

Students may also "drop in" during scheduled hours, on a first-come, first-serve, basis.
